Mike Moran Having had little time over the winter I arrived at my syndicate early and had the pick of the swims, I opted to fish the shallow end and quickly deployed a stiff hinge into a small hole in the tree line where they’d been showing previously followed by several catapults of cell. it wasn’t until nightfall that the first bite arrived a common of 41’7 after doing some shots and getting the rod back out on the spot with a few more pouches of cell this immense mirror immediately followed, my long time target “brown ones mate” at 45lb 12oz and a new PB by 8oz. My first two bites of the year and probably my best.
