Rob Fits In Another Short-Session Result! 5th May, 2012

It hard to keep up with the catch reports from Mainline Consultant, Rob Marsh at times as he's always squeezing in quick overnight sessions where he can, and proving that effort equalls reward! Here's news of yet another short session result for Rob:

"I arrived back at the Southern Park lake for a quick overnighter to find the swim I had previously fished taken so opted to fish to the right of the lake. This would allow me to fish very close to the area I caught 2 fish from earlier in the week. It was hard judging the distance as I had never fished this swim but I was happy with my spots, I baited again with 20 mini-spombs of CELL boilies and Hinders 'Salt n Pepper hemp' and Hinders pellet to each spot. The night was quiet but at 5.00am I hooked a very angry carp and after 20 minutes I still had not seen it! This was a crazy fight and it was not untill 5.40am that I slipped the net under a pretty mirror on the scales she went 26lb 11oz, a quick photo and then off to work!"
