About Jamie Londors
I first started fishing when I was 11, float fishing on my local lakes, catching whatever I could after school and weekends. The carp bug got me when I was about 15, getting my first set up, reading all the mags and learning as much as I could, as quickly as I could. Entering my first match at 23, on the St Lawrence River, we went on to win the St Lawrence cup. Being very competitive, this is where the match fishing started, managing another four third place finishes. I have also won the Essex Carp Championships, Southern Carp Masters, Midland Carp Masters, and the Battle of Britain, but my biggest achievement so far is being capped ten times by Carp Team England. With three silver medals to my name, one of these being an individual silver, and a team gold. Furthermore, an individual in the Six Nations, as well as a team win in this event. We have had a third place finish in the BCAC and have just won our first team title.
