We've just received this press release from Abbey Lakes, France with news of some exciting NEW booking benefits for UK anglers!!!

Here at Abbey Lakes we pride ourselves on the high standard of fishing pleasure we offer to our visiting anglers from across Europe, with a great many of these anglers and friends of Abbey Lakes travelling from the UK. So it is with great pleasure that we can now announce some exciting new changes to our UK booking system, as well as thank Angling International for the great job they have done acting as our previous UK booking agent over the past 10 years.

From now on, there will no longer be any UK booking agent for Abbey Lakes, instead we will be offering the possibility for our UK anglers to book their holiday direct at Abbey Lakes. These changes, present a great many advantages, not only in enabling us to offer more attractive pricing, but we can now offer anglers more flexibility and options when booking their holidays from the UK. Anglers will now be able to stay as long or as short as they like! We will charge for fishing much in the same way to regular UK day ticket waters. As usual, we will take a 30% deposit at the time of booking and the balance payment will be due 12 weeks before arrival. We feel this is just one of the many benefits to be gained from a direct relationship between our anglers and the fishery.
